But in order to make this product better I added on to it as written herein. I had already purchased A and C (ref to pic). Used the tubing from one of those as tubing was more flexible allowing for ties to slightly crimp fittings on tubing to reduce disconnect accidents - lesson learned the hard way! Additionally, added the inconvenience leg sleeve (B) for the leg bag. I did cut the tubing down as the factory has it set up with long tubing more suitable for bedside bags that normally hang from one's bed. Wearing the device and placing cath bag in the sleeve (B) while wearing cut the tubing to the length best for me, as only use mine for day use, which came out to 11 inches. Allowing for bending or drive my truck without crimping the line. I use plastic ties easily found to clamp/crimp tubing to both end of tubing. When I go to wash the pants portion I cut the tie at fastner with wire snips to keep from damaging the tubing. Have purchase two pair allowing for rotational cleaning. Another reason I would recommend this product over male guards; it has been my experience that all but one male guards manufacturer somewhere seem to be allowing dust might to infiltrate their products. So if you ignore and use male guards and your love one complainting about severe iching. I combat that by opening the whole pack, unwrap each guard and them with an anti-dust mite spray, allow to dry and puff no more iching. Been there done that!!! ### ⭐ Not good *by S***. on July 13, 2025* Not good lekeg ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The dignity that it provided my patient. *by C***S on April 20, 2025* I’m a nurse at an assisted living community and I had one of our patients that was struggling and was waiting to have surgery. This was a good daytime and especially nighttime option since the resident had never used briefs and he was waiting for a surgery gave him dignity. I would suggest getting two so that you can hand wash one and let it air dry each day. It doesn’t really come apart so that you could just wash the underwear that would be a huge improvement because you can’t throw it in the wash washer and dryer. My patient wore it for a week and he was especially pleased with it at night. It does need better straps for the legs. We ended up buying some self adhesive Velcro and made better straps around the leg and then put the sticky Velcro on the bag itself for collection it made it feel more secure per my patient.
