Review: My spouse says it doesn't look like it will float nor will it be water proof ... - My spouse says it doesn't look like it will float nor will it be water proof if submerged under water. However, we haven't tested it under water. It costs 10 bucks to return so we will used it around the pools etc. One good thing is that it is roomy. This is just my spouse's opinion and it could be WRONG. Perhaps it is waterproof and floats!

My spouse says it doesn't look like it will float nor will it be water proof if submerged under water. However, we haven't tested it under water.
