Review: Best water bottle I’ve ever come across! - Purchased the 2L fast flow version 6 months ago and this is the BEST water bottle I have ever had and at 49 I’ve been through quite a few! I’m a courier so 6 days a week for 6 months this bottle has been rolling around in my van, dropped from a height more times than I can count and has never leaked, cracked or lost a seal and still looks brand new. It also has no plastic taste some other bottles have. It gives the perfect flow of water - you do not end up with it pouring all over you or end up battling to get a sufficient amount out and it does not drip. It’s quite bulky (which is to be expected with a 2L) but not as wide as ones I’ve had in the past making it easy to grip, you can drink from it with one hand so ideal for a full days use. I’ve kept the neoprene sleeve on which really does keep it cool in the summer and bottle still looks brand new underneath. I’m about to purchase the 1L version which will fit in my van door to use on days off out and about and as a backup to increase water intake over summer. 100% the perfect water bottle, it has more than paid for itself by not purchasing bottled water and I will never buy anything other than a ‘Hydracy’ bottle again!

It’s exceptionally easy to clean which is a huge bonus for me. The product feels premium with soft touch materials. It feels sturdy and tough. I got the 1L size which is ideal for shorter work shifts but I will be ordering the bigger size too because the quality is exceptional. I now want one in every single colour! It’s just the right size for carrying around and the handy wristlet makes it even easier to keep hold of. **Q: one small plastic part in the lid for blocking water leakage from the small hole was lost.  Can I get a replacement for this part?  Thanks.**
A: You should have reeived a replacement part when you received the bottle. If you have already used this part, I beleive That you will have to contact the manufacturers.

**Q: Can this bottle go in the dishwasher?**
A: Our bottles are TOP RACK dishwasher safe. But we highly recommend handwashing with dishwashing soap and water, it only takes a couple of mins. :)

**Q: Is the bottle dishwasher friendly?**
A: No it’s not

**Q: Is there anyway to get rid of the chemical smell of the bottle? I've tried scrubbing it and leaving it to soak in hot soapy water but it still stinks!**
A: I filled it with cold bottled water, and added 2 tablespoons of bicarbonate of soda. I left it overnight then put it through a dishwasher cycle. Worked a treat for me.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Bottle

Love the capacity, love the design, love everything. I want to talk about the spout first, as reading reviews I noticed no one took pictures of what the spout looks like from the top. I had no idea how the water flow would be based on words, so I took a picture to show what the hole of the spout looks like, and what you should expect the water flow to be like. I'm honestly amazed and I feel it's perfect, not too much or too little water flowing out. The bottle stores the water you need, 1 litre is a lot. And surprisingly keeps your water cool for a while! (I usually like to fill with ice cold water) I'm someone who's bad at drinking water but this has helped me to drink more than ever. The design is very sleek and elegant, and I love it. The pink is very, very cute and the texture/feel of the bottle is extremely nice. It has a smooth matt touch to it and has really cute time markings on it, not that they're very useful to me as I am rarely ever awake before or at 8am, nor do I drink water every hour. Sometimes more in an hour, sometimes less. Depends on what I do. The time markings will always be facing you, when you screw the lid on the mouth piece is always aligned with the time markings. The strap is a good addition, in case the bottle slips from your hands (I have pretty small hands to be able to grip the whole thing). It is a nice material, I really like it. Sometimes I just find it hard to take it off or put it on before and after washing. Might just be me being very careful because I don't want to snap anything. It's very leakproof - trust me, as much as you'd expect bottles to be leakproof as they should be, a lot of bottle don't actually live up to that. Hence why I bought this bottle, my old one failed to do what it's supposed to do. I don't taste any weird plasticy taste from the water when drinking out this bottle, unlike my old one also. The water tastes as it should, and definitely a booster to helping me drink more water. I don't really use the fruit strainer as I want to be able to drink water without additional flavours to help. I do keep it in the bottle anyway, but it's just there to be there. However, judging by the holes in the strainer, I'd say they'd be pretty good at stopping anything except the liquid from coming out. I love the sleeve, nice material and fits the bottle nicely. I do agree it's hard to put on and take off due to the material of the bottle. Even if you pull it up all the way, the bottom will have a slight gap where if you push it will dent inwards, this is because the bottom of the bottle isn't flat, but curved inwards. Also, don't forget to double check while emptying out the contents before using. Not sure how you can manage to drink with a soaked pouch of silicon beads. Don't blame the colour of the bottle, it's your responsibility to check. I'd assume it'd all be emptied out if you were to wash it out first anyway.. Even if you don't wash it, you can literally just take off the lid and use your eyes to look into the bottle from the top. It may seem a bit pricey, but definitely worth the buy. So grab one of your desired colour for yourself or for friends and family! I think they do a deal/offer if you buy more than one at once, but may be limited to certain colours. If not, they DO send you a little thank you card along with your purchase, offering 30% off your next purchase.
