I also practice yoga and have been able to headstands and other posses on the board.Customer services has also been excellent as I had to reach out to them in regards to a lost fin. They immediately sent me another for free.My son and I are very pleased with the board and have enjoyed on lake water. We are looking forward to getting it to the ocean in just a few weeks.
