In very small print, it says that it is anal rectal cream, and when I told my pain doctor about it, he asked me if it works for my back and neck, and I told him that it works very well. He said keep using it, and we both had a good laugh. I’ definitely recommend this product.

**Q: Expiration date?**
A: I don't find any expiration date on either of the two tubes I have.

**Q: Active pain ingredient can be useless if product is too old.  Why is there no  "expiration date" on the tube???**
A: I have no idea. Actually, now that you mention it, I suspected that my 6 months old (from date of purchase) cream wasn't much effective anymore...

**Q: Is it odorless?**
A: Seems to be odorless.  Wonderful pain reliever!!

**Q: Description doesn't say anything about an applicator.  Can the cream be squeeed out of the tube and applied by hand?**
A: yes, the cream is squeezed out of the tube and applied by hand.  I do have arthritis in my hands as well as neuropathy in my feet, so it takes care of both problems at once...  It works better than anything else I've used for the neuropathy.
