I got them because I have terribly arthritic thumbs and wrists and was desperate to find something to allow me to do yoga, pushups or anything that involved pressure on my wrists. I’ve tried several other apparatus design for wrist relief to no avail. These definitely give me some relief. I cinch them fairly snuggly and have to admit I look a tad peculiar in my yoga class, but at least I’m able to keep up. I bought a second pair to use at home to use with dumbbell weights and they make such a difference, assisting with grip strength. Full discloser I’m no spring chicken so I accept any assistance as I try to stave off further aging. But these gloves have become an essential part of my every day arsenal. I find I’m tempted to keep them on even when the workout is over! I love the snugness and mostly the padding on the palms. Bought twice already and wouldn’t hesitate to purchase again!

My review might seem a bit peculiar but I love these gloves. I got them because I have terribly arthritic thumbs and wrists and was desperate to find something to allow me to do yoga, pushups or anything that involved pressure on my wrists.
