I bought this for her and it solved all problems - from getting rid of the crock-pot, not dealing with inconsistent heat, ability to heat rocks quickly and to a consistent temp, etc. Not to mention the therapeutic nature of the salt rocks. Her clients have been raving about this product since, due to ease of use, she often incorporates them into her massages - requested or not. We had one issue with the controller turning off prematurely but the company immediately sent me a new controller stating that they have seen this issue and upgraded it. I received it within two days, free of charge and no questions ask - that's great customer service. I just bought another unit so that there's one on each side of the table and once our retail space opens, we'll buy six more! This is much more than a mobile product.
