I found out I couldn't have normal pizza, pasta, dumplings, tempura shrimp etc... heart breaking. It wasn't until I was hungry late at night and all the stores were closed when I discovered I couldn't even have CUP NOODLE ANYMORE! this was a travesty for me. There is so much nostalgia, love, and sodium in Top Ramen and Maruchan. I could no longer have it. Thus, began my journey (as someone who isn't great at cooking) to make my own ramen seasoning. Chicken bouillon was too tame. Chicken broth was too basic. Even when seasoned, it just tasted like chicken soup. I was terrified. I thought, maybe, I can use the flavor packets from the Maruchan! But NO! There is evil gluten in all parts of the product! I thought my life was over. Until...
