**Q: How do you refill?**
A: You cannot refill it.
It is disposable when it is empty

**Q: Is this actually ink or pencil lead?**
A: Very fine felt tip marker.  You can pull more felt out with needle-nose pliers if you need a scosch more.  Adam Savage has done a Tested video on this pen.

The company also makes mechanical pencils, but I have not reviewed those first hand.

**Q: Where to buy the ink?**
A: I am a new owner and have not yet researched where to purchase ink or refills

This is a nice pen, but I kind of messed mine up using it to draw lines to cut framing lumber. I love how it can be used in small tight spaces to mark drill holes. 👍
