I would like to use it for one large window (7ft x 4ft)** A: It came as 2 folded sheets. I seem to remember 2 7'x5' sheets. The best way is to cut the amount you need a little bigger than the window and use a utility knife to cut the excess off after it's applied. I was able to get 3 huge windows completed and that was after messing 2 windows up by accidentally stabbing the film when my knife slipped when cutting the extra off. So be careful. **Q: would this work on a window with a window AC unit?** A: After I bought this I realized that the thickness is only .07 which is crap!! paper is 3.0 thick so that gives you an idea of how thin this stuff is spend extra on 3m products or something that is thicker I think the thickest they sell is 1.5 but its worth a few extra bucks anything should be able to go over a AC unit as long as its long and wide enough. **Q: Will this work for humidity? We live in an apartment with patio doors that have terrible insulation and humidity gets in.** A: This product adds a second layer to a single pane installation. It is a little difficult to imagine that a single pane is letting moisture through unless the caulk (glaze) around the pane has deteriorated and there is an air gap. If that is the case, the window should be re-glazed. If what you are seeing is condensation on the inside of the window, that is because of a warmer moist inside air and a cold temperature outside. That doesn't mean the humidity is coming from window itself. I'm nervous one of my cats will poke it, but so far I have hollered when they try, lol, and they stop. I'm not always here. If my cats mess it up, that'd be on them, not the product. It's been at least a month and so far so good! The one thing I didn't like was that the edging tape was really difficult to open. I had to use a knife and accidentally cut through 3-4 layers. It still worked, but the first handful of pieces I put up were small and had to be coordinated in order to provide full closure around the window frame. I did make it work.
