Review: Very well absorbed magnesium - My husband and I take this daily and diligently (which is not my style, but it's that worth it). I have told countless others about it as well. We have seen immediate results and others I have introduced to it have too. It is well absorbed magnesium by all! If you want to sleep better (I used to wake up and not be able to fall back asleep), have easier and more regular bowel movements and improve your mood, take this! I sought it out because there are very few options that aren't horse pills or filled with artificial flavors. I keep purchasing because it works. The vitamins C and D3 are perks. Pour a small amount of boiling water on the powder to activate it, mix until clear, add a bit of cold water, then drink. The taste is mild if you drink immediately (the longer it sits the more bitter the taste). The company also sent us a Christmas gift complete with hand written thank you card (pictured). Very sweet. This prompted me to finally rave about this stuff on desertcart, instead of just to my friends. Thank you and well played Whole Family Naturals! Don't stop making this good stuff.

**Q: Will the powder be effective if added to hot water, let it cool and then add to smoothies?**
A: This would definitely work. As long as you dissolve CalMag Plus with boiling water first, then cool it down with some ice and add to your smoothie. Great idea!

**Q: Doesn’t boiling water damage the minerals?**
A: I heat up my water in the microwave , about 1.5 inch of water , heat that water for 40 seconds, then stir in a heaping tsp if calmax & let it fizz like alka seltzer & then sit it  , then I will pour in  about an inch or two of juice or Gatorade & and drink it .

**Q: Is it vegan?**
A: CalMag Plus is not vegan, as the Vitamin D is derived from sheep's wool.

**Q: Does this product contain biotin(B7)?**
A: There's no B7 in there. Just vitamin C, vitamin D3, calcium and magnesium.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Noticeable Improvement

I finally decided to try this calcium/magnesium product based on the reviews, and I'm not disappointed. I can't say the product has changed my life, but I noticed an improvement in an overall reduction of aches and pains after the first week of use. I also seem to have a little more energy to get things done when I get going. I take this product at night along with a dose each of vitamins C and D. I take my other vitamins in the morning. I only add enough boiling water to dissolve the powder, and then I add a little cold water to cool it off. I just swallow it in a gulp or two, and I don't find the taste particularly unpleasant. It has a bit of a citrus taste. I started out using only one teaspoon to avoid GI upset, and have been increasing to two teaspoons gradually. I only experienced mild GI upset over the first week. Since then, it's kept me regular with no problems. I would recommend this product and I will buy it again.
