Broken zipper after three uses *by E***H on 18 August 2023* I have only travelled three times with this piece and the zipper is already broken. ### ⭐⭐ Poor quality *by R***S on 4 October 2025* Purchased to replace a bag while traveling. Internal strap was broken on delivery. The anchor point was not sewn properly. During the trip home, one of the corner protectors split at the rivet. They are extremely thin and weak. Now I will have to remove it, as the jagged edge will catch on things. Not impressed with the quality of this product. ## Frequently Bought Together - Rockland London Hardside Expandable Luggage with Spinner Wheels, Grey, Carry-On 20-Inch - Rockland London Hardside Expandable Luggage with Spinner Wheels, Pink, Carry-On 20-Inch --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.us/products/396315825-rockland-20-expandable-carry-on-spinner-luggage-charcoal-one-size](https://www.desertcart.us/products/396315825-rockland-20-expandable-carry-on-spinner-luggage-charcoal-one-size) --- *Product available on Desertcart United States of America* *Store origin: US* *Last updated: 2026-10-18*
