Right one goes from white to blue then off. Is this faulty?** A: If the earbud lights up continuously in white, it means it is charging, and if it shows blue light and goes out after 30 seconds, it means it is fully charged. **Q: How do you stop the constant cutting out and stuttering sound sometimes affects just one earbud other times both, any ideas?** A: Not gonna lie I think that's just the lack of Bluetooth bandwidth, I had melobuds which has newer connectivity and it wasn't an issue. But I get the same thing when my phone switches positions in and out of pocket etc. **Q: Why does Sound constantly cut out any ideas?** A: Never had that problem with the T17s. Mine work perfectly and better than my other buds costing considerably more. I found this pair of headphones super easy to pair/set up, they have super clear and crisp playback but it’s important for me to note that they have very little bass so for those looking for a richer sound or a bass boost this pair may not be ideal. These would make a great set of headphones for a young music enthusiast, allowing for loud music without the added bass, therefore reducing any chance damage to developing ears.
