Not sure why you would want too. The battery life is excellent for normal use, it’s not designed to be on all night. **Q: Where do i plug in the charging cable** A: The plug in place is on the back right above the push button switch. It has a small round rubber stopper you pull down on and then you will see the plug in port. I really light mine works good and battery last longer on the lower light beams. Take care **Q: Does it come with a red lense?** A: No it doesn't, but I will say it is the best rechargeable flashlight that I've ever owned it's extremely bright and you have a high setting a low setting and even a flashlight setting. It's not all that big like most of them and just not heavy and I'm not a Salesman so I'm not trying to sell you one. Lol!
