**Q: What is the material of the wok itself? Stainless Steel or Aluminium**
A: Stainless steel, but wok is coated with non-stick costing inside and outside, so makes for super easy cleaning. It is very heavy in weight.  Buy it.  It’s worth every penny!  I use it everyday. Never use metal utensils when cooking.  Use wood or silicone coated only to make the non stick coating last.

**Q: What is the diameter of the base that touches the stove?**
A: The pan has about a 9” base. Just and FYI, the pan is worth every penny!  It’s beautiful, very large, non stick inside and out, heats up super fast, and heavy. It’s my first choice every time I cook. Never use metal utensils in it, you”ll want to ensure you keep non stick intact forever. I use a pizza pan with circular slots over the rim to even steam dumplings. It fits exactly.
