**Q: How many days does it take for the memory foam to fully expand?**
A: No comfortable padding whatsoever! Their definition of memory foam padding and mine are not the same! It was like standing on concrete! No padding at all!!!

**Q: Can this carpet be cut to customize?**
A: Dear customer, thank you for your attention to our products. There is no size customization module yet, you may choose existing size of our carpets, wishing you have a happy life.

**Q: Will a Robotic vacuum work on these rugs, or will it get stuck/caught up?**
A: I was worried it wouldn’t. But my roomba seemed to go over it perfectly. Not sure how clean it got it because it’s black. But it never got stuck.
