Is there a video available or instructions on line?** A: 30 minutes. Basically, removing screws and washers from their nuts, inserting screw and washer where they belong, and tightening the nut. 1/2” nut driver made for fast work. Pictures in the manual are fine and easy to follow...even for a 65-year-old! **Q: I'm a short-legged person with a max 28" inseam, including shoes. Would I fit this bike in its recumbent position?** A: I am short, just 5 feet, and this is not super easy to use, Once I get on it, its okay but I have to set my step block next to it to get on the thing when its in a more upright position. You can set it up to be more recumbent and then its easier to get on. **Q: Is it quiet?** A: The bike is very quiet. There is an occasional dull metal clunk as the flywheel within the enclosure bumps on something. This is by NO means loud, irritating or annoying. We use it every day since we purchased it about 5 months ago. We are very pleased. **Q: Does it have resistance bands for arm workout?** A: Hi, no resistance bands with the bike. Have to get them separately.
