Our spring brake won't rust easily, because it is covered antirust oil. it will last as long as the cable it is on.

**Q: Can it be installed on an existing zip line?**
A: The existing zip line will have to be disconnected at the end where the brake coil is to be installed. The coil is fed over the end of the zip line cable before the cable is reconnected.

**Q: What is the weight limit for this brake?**
A: It need to consider the weight limit of your zip line firstly. For this sping brake, I think it can stop 350 pounds well.

> Please consider different packaging for this item: the 6.5’ long spring arrived very tangled in a plastic bag. - I enjoy puzzles, so untangling it was somewhat satisfying. That being said, it did take about 15-20mins; so if you lack patience & do not want to untangle a 6.5’ stiff spring perhaps not for you. *Placing spring in a plastic sleeve would fix issue
