**Q: Will this hold 2 pens?**
A: Yes. This case holds 2 pens.

**Q: Temperature gauge has degrees written down it {24,22,20} but does not seem to work.  No instructions, is mine broke or am I supposed to do something?**
A: Hi, when temperature above 24 degree or below 4 celsius degree, it will not display. If you mean 3 numbers light up, please refer to the blue color numbers. It will be the correct one. In the meanwhile, our 2nd generation is coming, they support both Fahrenheit degree and Celsius degree. If you hold 2nd generation product, the numbers with back color close to green will be the correct.

**Q: Does this cooler have room for your meter?**
A: I would say that would depend on the size of the meter, but I don't think I would put the meter with the ice.

**Q: Do the ice packs fit in the side pockets so I can keep the bag in the freezer and put my Meds in the insert and keep that in the fridge?**
A: Yes you could. I don't have that much freezer space (I live in my RV), but if you do, that would work. The ice packs do fit in the side pockets. Actually where the ice packets/insulin go is a separate tri-fold piece that fits down in the case, so you could just pull that part out and stick it in the freezer. It would take even less space.
