It would probably be better to use litmus paper. **Q: Does this package include a suction cup for mounting in the aquarium?** A: Didn't get one with mine. Also it broke not long after I got it. **Q: how much calibration fluid comes with the probe? (i plan to store this out of a tank and thus will need to calibrate regulary, I expect.)** A: Hi, They include 1 packet of high and 1 packet of low calibration fluid. So basically enough for one calibration. If you don't plan on keeping the probe in your tank all the time, be sure to use Electrode probe storage fluid. The tip of the probe should always remain wet.
