I know this rim is used on Toyota and some Honda cars quite a bit. However, after reviewing the stock 2000 Ford Explorer with 15" rims information available, it would seem that yes with some degree of certainty this rim should fit the 2000 Ford Explorer. The stock rim is 15" X 7" WIDE. This rim is also 15" x 7" WIDE. Bought 4 for a Toyota pick up. Very nice rim for the affordable price. All around it looks to be a decent wheel, but 2 out of the 4 had questionable finish quality. A little paint quality control would go a long way - maybe it was a Friday.
