The pillow was in a clear already opened plastic package with just the pillow inside and nothing else. No wash instructions for pillow. After unzipping the cover on the pillow I noticed that the memory foam looked as if a kid or dog took small bites out of it. Plus there were penny size holes of the foam missing. I have the exact same pillow except it was a queen size and it looked fine. Shipping speed was OK. I looked up the Laniloha company on the web and their website is a joke.
