Firm but supportive, high quality ones will truly change your sleeping experience. I was looking forward to that with this product however, the one I received was not only not to the measurements specified (which is a very little concern at the end of the day), but the foam did not expand properly even with the appropriate waiting time, room humidity, and ambient temperature. The reason for the one star is simply the refusal of their customer service to take ownership of the situation, which is confounding because they make the buyer pay for the shipping BOTH ways. So they don’t lose anything because I’m paying for the shipping and they want to leave a defective product out there. This is exceptionally unprofessional, but it won’t change anything because they obviously sell enough that they can ignore outliers.
