I did not receive any free items and I purchased the Groomie with my own money. Best electric shaver I’ve ever used. I’ve stayed away from electric for years since my beard is very wiry and thick so mostly I’d get razor burn with long stray hair left on my face. I know this is mostly for heads but it is an “all body” shaver so I plan on using it for that. For head shaving…not as close as a blade but certainly works well for my application. I have skin cancer bumps on parts of my head (not malignant) and using a regular razor would cut these bumps which is quite painful. The Groomie solves that issue and gives me a nice shaved head. Way better than clippers with no guard. Now the downside. I was short one blade guard, not a biggie but I’d like to have what I paid for. 90 minutes of shave time is a real stretch. I’m charging every 3-4 shaves and it’s not taking me that long to shave. At times, the motor seems weak and actually stalls for a second or 2. Not sure if this shaver about to go bad or what but I do hope this thing lasts a long while. All in all, I do recommend the Groomie if you’re looking for a nice head shaver. I’m very happy with my purchase and will update this post if anything changes.
