I actually watched muscles appear more defined after a gradual loss of body fat within the first couple months of taking this. I had to temporarily switch brands when they were out of stock over Christmas and I noticed the body fat coming back almost immediately. Whatever it’s doing in my body I'm very happy with and I’m glad I was able to get more of this stuff. I split the recommended dose into morning and night for even distribution 24 hours a day.
