I bought this to blow off my deck and stairs and it works wonderful. Very happy with it so far. Used it 3 times and it still has about half battery life left. It blows the snow over the deck railing nicely. Sure better than shoveling!

This shovel was easy to assemble the handle parts when we got it. It’s super easy to use when blowing snow. The paddles were very strong and shot the snow out really far. It works fabulous as a snowblower alternative. We got 4 inches of snow over night and it worked perfectly at moving all the snow. I was able to get my area fully shoveled in 55 min and the battery lasted the whole time with no issues.Con’s: The shovel is a bit heavier than I would like as you pick it up and walk it back often. It doesn’t get down to the ground when shoveling (leaves a very thin layer of snow on the ground)I would very highly recommend this product to anyone who doesn’t have a spot big enough to warrant a snowblower, or someone who doesn’t want the upkeep of the electric motor of a snowblower!!

this is a nice snow blower for our home. we had a pretty dry winter this year but when it did snow it made short work of the driveways. blows the snow high and out of the way easily. i would not call this lightweight, but for the average person it is fine. geriatric or less abled people will need to keep it in a convenient place to access when needed.

1. it comes disassembled to a degree and the length of the electric cord running within the pole was to thick and long to fit, it was a HUGE hassle to get it inside.2. I used this twice for a total of maybe 8 minutes total, and now it will not turn on. I am not sure which part is broken, I think it may be the cheap charger but I can't tell. It has no click mechanism that lets you know the battery is plugged in all the way. when it is in the battery icon flashes 1, 2, then 3 over and over, never changing color or pattern. The charger it self has a light indicator that used to go from red to green but when I unplugged it, it showed red for sometime, then When I plugged it back in, it no longer lights up at all. But the battery still shows the 1, 2, 3 pattern. Regardless when plugged into the shovel nothing happens anymore.When I used it, it made shoveling really easy, at least for clearing out tall powder snow, this di not function at working through the rougher icy snow and it is not sharp on its bevel so it can not scrape up the snow on the bottom. IF this product worked and didnt break immediately then this would only get the snow low enough to salt the bottom.I got this on black friday and not that it has finally snowed half way through January for me to actually use it, I cant return it,

The media could not be loaded.  When I bought this SnowJoe Snow Shovel I was skeptical whether it would perform like the videos. I received the unit and it was really easy to assemble. I charged the battery and 1 week later I got to test it out. after a total of 4" inches of snow I was able to clear my driveway in record time. I was also able to clear a path for our Fur Baby in the grass so she has a place to go. This shovel really blew the snow hard. Easy to control and really saved my back. Only 2 things that need to be changed. 1.) The safety button could be put in a better area & 2.) It needs a shoot to direct the snow to the left or right. Other than that Buy It!

Everything about this is great it’s small compact lightweight and you can charge it. The only problem is that this product is advertised to shovel multiple inches of snow when an actuality it just gets stuck and you can only push over the top layers and you have to keep going over it to fully get rid of a whole foot of snow it’s not bad for a cheap option. I would definitely start here though

I brought this for my husband, because he has bad knees. He likes it , easy to handle and works and light weight. We have long side walk and large area of blacktop by garage, for 2 car garage.

I used this for the first time yesterday in about 4 inches of snow on a decent size driveway. It definitely saves the back from having to bend over and lift a snow shovel. It was much faster. However, my hand got tiredcfrom holding the triggers like power button. The snow joe does not scrape the ground like a shovel so it leaves like a dusting on the ground. It was ok though because we weren't and aren't expecting any snow today or the next few days. I also wish I had an attachment that could blow the snow to the side instead of just straight forward. The instructions said to angle it for that but it didn't work well holding it at an angle. I also cleared my driveway from side to side instead of length wise because it blows the snow forward and I would just be clearing the same snow further down. Other than that I thought it worked great and assembled easily. BTW the batter takes 2 hrs and 5 min to charge. Thank you!
