Do heel raises when you brush your teeth. Park farther away in the parking lot so you can walk more. Take the stairs... Well, having this big reminder in front of them for every class was the perfect thing. It's big enough to be seen, even on their small screens. And it was SUPER EASY to put up. I was afraid getting the one free do-over if I needed it gave me the courage to try it. No probs, Bob! I'm looking for more. I just want to be careful to put up too many and clutter the walls, but they have lots of other saying I want to get. I did get rid of the underline. It didn't help it at all. But it was SUPER EASY to do! :)
