A: No... and it's the perfect size for my massage clients.

**Q: Is this pillow hard**
A: It's not as soft as a bed pillow like one you'd use for your head but it's not real hard.  It has cushion to it.  I use it under my legs to support and elevate.

**Q: are there straps on both ends or just one end?  Thanks!**
A: Strap is just on one end.
