We inspected the tank thoroughly and there were no damages / scratches. Additionally, their customer service was great! The return pump that came with the tank was making a loud knocking noise when used during the wavemaker mode with each wave. I've fiddled with it, cleaned, pump the air out of it, etc. and sometimes it would help, but the noise would always come back again after a few days.
