Instructions on the box were different from the instructions inside the box. One set of instructions said you had to eat 1 box a day. This would be fairly expensive. The cookies did not taste good but were passable - not at 6 a day, though.

I have been buying this product for years. It is a great way to do meal replacement and control your appetite. The cookies taste better when warmed up for just a few seconds in the microwave. I would recommend these to anyone. And the seller has the most a fair price.

With one 10 month use I lost 80 lbs after one yr I have decided to start again with Smart for Life Cookie Diet Meals.

I did not like these at all. They were very dry and had an unp!easant consistency.

What can I say about Smart for Life Cookies? ~ they're fabulous!! I tend to be an 'emotional eater', so having a cookie (and it only takes one) that satisfies all my cravings, including chocolate, makes me happy. I have them with me where ever I go. My blood sugar has stabilized; no more crashes, and I lost 10lbs over a 2 month period. I love having one in the morning with my coffee and quiet time. I'll eat one before going out to dinner or any function where there's food and I find I'm not interested in loading my plate anymore. I'm satisfied with much smaller portions. The only downside is the price, but I've worked it into my food budget.
