A: From Naturewise's website. "What else do I need to know about NatureWise Vitamin D3?NatureWise Vitamin D3 is manufactured in the USA, using non-GMO and gluten-free ingredients. Lanolin is used as the source for vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), as it is well absorbed by the body.​Each softgel has 5,000 IU of vitamin D3 in certified organic extra virgin olive oil. **Q: Is there a difference between these and the Vita Optimum D3 soft gels?**
A: I'm no expert but I researched as much as I could before choosing and it came down to these 2 brands, I personally could not find a difference.  I chose the Naturewise and have been happy with them.

A: The pills are very tiny. Maybe about 5-6mm ball shape.
