It's quite thin, but it's stayed in place on top of carpet. My cats love it! Bit pricey for what it is, but they do come in a large range of sizes. I'm happy with it so far, but not attempted to wash it yet. Lots of colour choices too, and fast delivery! ### ⭐ Extremely poor quality *by T***Y on 31 March 2025* Awful rug. Initially when it arrived I was pleased with how soft and fluffy the rug was and the colour matched the picture, it was for my sons room and he loves green. However, after a week the fluff started to come out of the rug and spread all over the room, so much so there were bald patches appearing and then the edging around the rug started to come undone so there were 3 large holes along one side. I tried sewing it back together but it just started to undo on the other edges and after 3 weeks the rug had completely fallen apart. Iys now in the bin and I'm still finding green fluff all over the place despite hoovering like mad.
