Die Pfanne liegt absolut plan auf. Gute Hitzeverteilung, heizt schnell auf und hält die Wärme sehr gut. Die Pfanne ist leicht zu reinigen dank Teflon-Beschichtung (das ist immer noch die beste, die leider extrem lange die Umwelt belastet). Die etwas rauere Oberfläche macht beim Reinigen etwas mehr Mühe, das nehme ich aber gerne in Kauf. Mit heißem Wasser, einer Bürste und etwas Geduld lässt sich alles Angehaftete gut entfernen. Das Edelstahl-Grundmaterial ist im Vergleich zu Aluminium zumindest auf meinen Induktionsplatten klar im Vorteil. Der rote Punkt ist ein nettes Gimmik, ich halte ihn aber für überflüssig. Ob man den im im Vergleich zu günstigen Geräten recht hohen Preis zahlen möchte hängt wohl von persönlichen Vorlieben und vom Budget ab. Ich habe im Laufe etwa eines Jahres je eine 30- / 28- / 24- / und 20 cm- Pfanne angeschafft. Bisher habe ich noch keine Verschlechterung der Funktion bemerkt. Dass die Pfannen sich auf der Unterseite und teils an den Seiten durch den Gebrauch verfärben, sehe ich als rein kosmetischen Mangel. Positiv gesagt, könnte man es auch Patina nennen. Wer bereit ist, etwa 130 - 150€ für ein vierteiliges Pfannenset auszugeben, dem ist der Kauf zu empfehlen. Man sollte aber sehr vorsichtig sein und in der Pfanne nur mit Holz- Kunststoff- oder Silkongräten arbeiten und beim Reinigen auf aggressive Reinigungsmittel und -Geräte verzichten.
