**Q: can this be sprayed**
A: Absolutely! It makes for a great finish. Dilute 20 percent. 1 oz water for every 4 oz paint.

**Q: For painting on a sealed wood (craft dollhouse) does the surface need to be sanded or primed?**
A: The final finish always looks better and last longer when you use a primer.  Depending on the size of the Dollhouse, you may want to consider spray paint.

**Q: Has anyone used this on a exterior brick wall? I need to stain a single brick face i'm patching with mortar ...**
A: Yes, you can use it on metal, concrete, stone, brick, wood, plaster, sheetrock etc. They also have a rustoleum primer that will cover any surface except maybe plastic. They have another product for plastic.

**Q: Can this primer be used on painted drywall as a chalkboard paint base?**
A: We would suggest the following item, it is also made by Rust-Oleum:  Rust-Oleum 2004 Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 White Water-Based Interior/Exterior Primer Sealer, 1-Quart
