It practically falls through tomatoes. It is a heavy knife, the heaviest I own. The fold lines are etched in on the surface, rather than genuine divisions between layers of steel. The knife's tip, head, and edge is a like a $30 blade. The tang is ok, while the handle's glued butt cap comes off easily. Amazon's sellers don't care about the warranty nor does the manufacture.
