I personally used a xacto knife to cut out the pieces so I didn’t risk tearing them, and applied the tacky glue with a toothpick. I recommend this method as this model has some pretty difficult places to glue toward the end. All in all, it took about a week to complete leisurely and was a lot of fun. Review: Really cute. Also a note cuz I didn't realize it at the time but you need Tacky Glue to glue the pieces together! I also found having flat craft sticks helpful to put pressure on the seams as they dried **Q: How do you wall mount it?** A: I use a picture hanging wall anchor or a 3M hook **Q: Does the penguins come with the dad and son? Tacky glue was good but spent a lot of time waiting for it to dry to get it lined up probably. I switched to super glue half way through and that worked well. I liked that they sent a practice pice before jumping into the real thing.
