Review: Excellent value - Bottom line: I would recommend this product to a friend. Superb product considering this is a economy bicycle trainer. Background: I have used Minoura trainers in the past and Minoura is the only thing I can compare this trainer against. This is not a Minoura, nor is it priced like one. I used to cycle and compete in races. I have been off the bike for a 5+ years and have been interested in getting my cardio back up, using a trainer as at-home gym system. Noise: I was a little hesitant about this product, knowing how much noise a trainer can put out! I was pleasantly surprised with this model though. I use mine on a carpeted floor, so I can't comment on frame vibration, but for the most part this trainer is quiet - the noise put out by the bike's chain drive is louder than the trainer. Noise levels increase at position 1 a little bit, but the noise seems to subside as the trainer heats up with use. Considering this is an economy model, I am pleased with sound output. I can watch netflix on my computer while on the bike, but I find it easier to enjoy with subtitles on due to noise. Not much louder than my Minoura from the past. Build: The skewer provided with the trainer makes any bike compatible with the unit and allows for better lock in. The threads of the lock in mechanism are rough, so there is a little wobble when all locked down. Nothing I am concerned about. I have used the trainer now for ~10-15 hours in 30-50 minute workout sessions. No issues so far! Ease of setup: No instructions. Simple design, so you shouldn't need them. No tools needed for assembly. Overall: As a 150lbs ex-cyclist, this has been a great way for me to start getting back into shape. An at-home cardio system that allows you to watch netflix while you workout; it's a great inexpensive workout! After about 25 half hour workouts I am only pushing resistance level 2-4. This is with my regular road riding gearing allowing me to achieve 28km/h @ 110 rpm cadence. If you're a 300lbs athlete, resistance might feel a little light for you. If you've never cycled before, resistance level 1 may seem pretty high. I think resistance is geared towards the weekend-warrior cyclist, which is exactly what I wanted, and likely what you're looking for too.
Review: Sturdy, Works as advertised, Great exercise, Quiet. - I received this just a few days after ordering, shipping was excellent and timely. Unpacking it was simple and orderly, once out of the box it unfolds to the fully open position, the manual is a little lacking but conveys the general idea, one thing about the manual, it states it supports 26" - 28" and 700c bike tires, this makes WAY more sense as my 700c x 35 bike tire measures 28" in diameter. Putting my bike on it was simple, I had to use the included quick release as my bikes was not compatible, not a big deal. You screw the knob on the back part of the trainer and tighten to bring closer to your back wheel, easy day. Jumping on the bike I discovered it was very stable, I was initially concerned with this but even with the front piece (included) it is stables enough to stand and pedal if you so desired. The biggest complaint I have read about these trainers is noise, apparently experiences vary, but with my hybrid tires it was not noisy as all, I was watching TV (Well my wife was watching TV and I was tagging along) without having to turn it up. My theory is mountain bike tires > Hybrids > Slicks > Training tires when it comes to noise. All the parts were secure and well made, nothing was lose, it appears I didn't receive the lemon (yes!) that always seems to exist with any given product. I look greatly forward to biking on this thing all winter long. I will update this as time goes on with cons if I come across any.

**Q: What's the difference between the Regular and Pro models?**
A: This model does come with the riser and the front wheel axle and not every trainer comes with that

**Q: what is the max person weight capacity????**
A: Whatever your bicycle can hold

**Q: My rear wheel has solid axle with nut, how do i use the supplied skewer to mount?**
A: You will need to convert your rear axle to a removable rear axle and from what we understand, you can do this at your local bike shop.

**Q: Can one mount the bicycle in the trainer ,not apply the magnetic flywheel,  and train in the bicylces normal gears?**
A: Do you mean using the stand as a work stand, to make adjustments to the derailleurs or brakes, as you spin the rear wheel, while pedaling with your hand and not having contact with the flywheel? Then yes! There's a tension adjuster for the flywheel and adjust it away from making any contact.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good trainer

Had this trainer for a week or so now. Works great! It will be loud with your existing tire on your bike. I recommend heading down to your local bike shop for a trainer tire. With the proper tire it is extremely quiet. The one down side is that the tensioner knob offers little increase in resistance. I tightened the cable and had some improvement in the roller resistance (can only be felt after 20km when my legs start to get tired). Over all great product. Had an issue with Canada Post not delivering the first package because it got "lost" in the mail. I hope this review helps the person who "found" it. Amazon was amazing sending a replacement... Great customer service
