**Q: The "19" gear that came with this motor is smaller than the stock "23" gear for oem should i use antway ? The old gear is too big for the shaft.**
A: Check to see if the diameter of the gear is close enough for it to mesh with the other gear without slipping, that would be the main issue.  A 19 gear would be slightly smaller than the 23, and would give you a slightly slower speed, but with slightly increased power.  (the number is the number of teeth on the gear)  I am afraid that it will be too small and will not engage well enough to do the job without slipping, unless you can shim up the motor so it engages better.

**Q: The box came with extra pinions, how do i remove the pinion?  i have tried heating, hammering, i even purchased a pinion puller.  nothing has worked.**
A: Thank you for your question. 
Some customers recommend this, "Walkera W010 Gear Pinion puller Remover Tool set For RC Motors" that makes it easier, I used a "Needle Nose Pliers and a Door Panel remover."

A: Yes, even working very good with 12v

**Q: Is there a trick to swapping the gears without destroying the motor?**
A: I use a small punch that's smaller than the motor shaft. I use a piece of angle steel with a notch cut into it that's barely bigger than the motor shaft and I tap the motor shaft with the punch and a hammer to drive it out into my lap.
