Lots of guys were raving about it. I picked up a small jar and just got it. I can’t really describe the taste. Yeah it’s mustard but it’s somewhere between normal yellow mustard and spicy mustard. The label makes you think it’s going to be really hot on the palate and it’s not but perhaps that’s the difference between British and American palates. I find it to be an interesting mustard and would not kick it out of bed but at the same time if you’re looking for something really spicy like your typical Chinese mustard, this isn’t it. Either way I added it into the herd since I love mustard lol. If you’re looking for something that bridges, the gap between your normal, typical yellow mustard and much spicier Chinese stuff.
