This vest is durable, lightweight, and bright orange with fluorescent silver-white light-reflecting bands; Its velcro fasteners on the neck and chest make it easy to fasten to our dog in 5-10 seconds; yet does not fall off and get lost when she is exploring in thick brush. While "stretch" is one of the rating features, this factor is irrelevant and does not apply, because of this product's adjustable fit. We live in a wooded area where fall and early winter hunting is permitted and we like to let her run off-leash; when she is chasing critters, we can spot her easily from 200-250 feet away in thick woods. I bought a medium and it was an excellent fit for my 6 month Aussie, even over her harness. Nicely constructed in a light material that is very bright and reflective. Wide velcro straps to keep it secure. It washes easily. Not sure how well it would stand up to running through branches or thicket as the material is thin.
