A: Thanks for contacting us, if your a normal or advanced skilled rider no issue on having medium size frame the size is Platnum City 700c , but if your a beginner suggestion will be 26" Platinum City Bike highly recommended

A: I am not certain exact load capacity but I am definitely no Twiggy and it carries me fine. :)
