It is the 5th image. I tried to cut and paste it here but could not. **Q: I live with back spasms daily and calf spasms and have to wear compression socks and back brace. Is this a temp fix or would it work for all day?** A: I like this product a lot for leg cramps. I too wore compression socks and had very bad back pain. The genexa worked the best for leg cramps. Also very good is a foam made by Walgreens for leg cramps. I had spinal lumbar surgery 2 months ago & that cured the leg cramps. **Q: Dose this help with your period cramps?** A: Not sure as these are more for calf cramps. What I can say is this is mainly magnesium which helps with the cramps in general, though period cramps may be different from leg cramps. Could be less potent than what would be needed. I would expect there's more specific medication for period cramps **Q: Can you use this for cramps in other parts of your body?** A: Well it's mainly just magnesium. I've taken this specific product for cramps in other part of my body, like arms and upper legs. So it worked for that.
