I have been consuming these tablets from last 7-8 months continously ..It worked on my insulin resistance, metabolism, cholestrol and weight loss..It stablises your sugar levels ..and when you have it with food it reduces your peak sugar levels after 2 hours ( PP )..Also it reduced my triglyceride levels and then ofcourse helped with my weight loss journey .
