The hip belt pads/pockets are very small, 6ish inches long and 3-4” high, sternum strap is very short. I replaced mine with a strap I found on Amazon in the $10 range. Waist belt is very long. Ok quality, just order knowing it’s a cheaper end pack, and not the quality of a higher end backpack.
