Very smooth action compared to the one I replaced. Easy to reverse the levers from left handed door to right handed. I would prefer more words in the instructions rather than just pictures, but the installation was easy enough that it didn't really matter. This was a replacement, so the door was already drilled. Would be more effort if starting with a new door (template included, but need a hole saw).
