The method to install them is really easy but i took my time to install it neatly and securely. They go fairly well into the crevices of the dashboard. To install the trim around the center console I adhered the lights to the carpeting with velcro adhesive. That worked like a charm and provided a clean and secure install. I also used some clear command hooks to secure some parts as well. Although it would look even cooler with them installed on the doors, I didn't want to install it with the wires exposed when the doors are open. There might be a technique to install it more cleanly but I think the lights are bright enough that it reflects off of the doors already. Even though these are only trim lights, they are bright enough to also serve as wheelwell lights. While installing them in my garage with the lights on, the lights didn't seem that bright. I didn't expect them to be nearly as bright as those interior LED strip light kits. But at night I was surprised they were pretty bright and I was happy with the way they looked. I might need to tone down the brightness even to reduce any glare on the windshield. There was plenty of fiber to cover my car. The only thing i didn't like was how the lights always turn on by default whenever you start the car. I'd have to press the off button on the remote each time. I reached out to the seller and he said they are designed to always turn on by default. The seller did work with me and went above and beyond by suggesting using a cigarette adapter with separate power buttons that would allow me to turn off/on the socket. This certainly would work and allow me to keep the lights off whenever i start my car. The seller was very prompt in his responses and helped me out with the solution. Awesome for night driving. ### ⭐ Cheap Junk don’t waste your time *by O***Y on May 21, 2026* 3 hours i’ll never get back. Pretty disappointed. Spent hours setting them up getting into the cracks and everything, and that all goes smooth so you’re excited. But when you’re finally done and get them on, they only light up a couple inches and the rest of the line is faded and dim so it looks cheap. I will say it even looks better on picture with the contrast but they are dim and inconsistent.
