## Questions & Answers

**Q: On the paper package, it says "Do not soak the photo in water for a long time, slightly water splash on it is acceptable. ? What does this mean?**
A: The ink will probably run off. Planning in doing a lot of underwater printing? This paper resulted in pretty bad prints anyway. I wouldnt get it again

**Q: Is there a profile available to download for this paper?**
A: There is no "Device Link" calibration profile capability with small desktop printers.  The color profile can be controlled from the application such as PhotoShop or LightRoom.  Color control can only be managed from the application or the printer you are using.  Most printers will have pre-determined downloadable profiles for Plain, Matte, Semi-Gloss, Glossy etc. For example, in PhotoShop, in the print dialogue you can choose how color is managed, by the application (profile selected) or by the printers built in profile.

**Q: Is this paper double-sided?**
A: The Koala that I have is their Premium Photo Paper -- Luster
It is definitely single sided. The front side is mat white and provides a very nice non-shiny print. The back side is a light cream color and If you print on the back side, the ink will not soak in.
