It's an all in one solution there. The power is good, has 3 diff settings and works well. This was my first waterpic appliance, had never used one before so I don't have much to compare it too. The device cleans "ok", it's not like I feel I have a whole new mouth but it does dislodge particles stuck between teeth and because I have dental implants in 3 places, it cleans underneath them too which is why I purchased the product. This DOES NOT replace having to brush your teeth to have a clean mouth sensation, just replaces some of the flossing you may need to do. If you have a dental implants it does a good job getting under them cleaned. The one flaw is the location of the power on button, it's also located right where you need to grip the tool to keep it situated while in use so occasionally I'll accidentally shut it off because of that.
