The arms adjust up/down 3 inches. I have the headrest on the lowest setting and it works OK. I am 5'8". It raises up 1 3/4 inches. Lumbar also adjusts a few inches. I have it on the lowest setting. I will not purchase this kind of chair again. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Solid choice *by R***D on May 3, 2021* Nice chair - not blown away but not disappointed. The mesh seat bottom is key cuz it's hard to find that. It seems that the mesh isn't pulled real tight, but nothing feels saggy so it's fine. It does lean back with tension you can adjust, so it's easy to find a good semi-reclined position, or lock it upright. The armrests adjust up and down but not front to back. The headrest is nice from time to time, but you wouldn't actually work or sit in a video call reclined that much, so it's more of a bonus - and is easy to just leave off. Lumbar support is there but not significant. I kinda forgot it was there and just realized it had dropped down and wasn't touching my back at all. Guess I didn't need it much. The best part about this chair is the mesh sitting surface. My butt never gets sore or tired from a compressed foam cushion that has given out. That's been the problem with every other work chair. This one may potentially start sagging if the material stretches, but I really doubt it. I believe the build quality and comfort of this chair will make it last for mucho long time-o. Good purchase.
