**Q: I need a sliding panel power cord in white around 10 to 12 ft long**
A: I bought a 15' thin extension cord and ran it down the patio door frame and along the baseboard to the outlet.

**Q: How long of an extension cord can be used?**
A: receptacle should be near base off curtain window within a foot or so.i didn't even use the extension cord. i did also install some small clear adhesive clips which really added to the professional look and protected the cord.

**Q: Can these be top mounted? I hade an extra wide picture window that will require multiple Shades.**

Single handedly the worst product I’ve ever bought on amazon. $800 down the drain. The motor resets itself every other day, so it thinks it’s opening when it’s closing and closing when it’s opening. It doesn’t listen to alexa commands half the time and the generic control app it comes with is terrible. When trying to adjust the blinds one of the cheap clips that connect the blinds to the track broke so now one of the panels won’t even fully clip in. The mounting tracks to the wall were bent when I got them, and they don’t hold the track securely so when mounting them, it fell off and tore up my wall twice. Overall awful product.
